Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Ducoro provides digital services rather than physical goods. Two kinds of purchase are covered here and each follows its own rules: memberships, which provide model discounts and member features, and wallet top-ups, which fund metered Built-in Agent usage. Promotional credit, business purchases, and payment corrections are covered in the sections below.

1. Your statutory rights

This Policy supplements the rights available under applicable consumer law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. If local law gives you a mandatory cooling- off, cancellation, refund, or remedy right, that right applies even where this Policy is less generous.

2. Memberships

Canceling within 14 days

If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel a membership within 14 days of purchase. We return what you paid less the value of what was already supplied: the proportion of the membership period that had run, and the member discount you had already applied to Built-in Agent usage during that period. Discount value is taken from your usage records as the difference between the standard cost of those requests and the discounted amount charged to your wallet.

After 14 days

A membership payment is non-refundable once the 14-day period has passed. This applies to the first payment and to every renewal.

Canceling renewal

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically. You can stop the next payment at any time through the Stripe billing portal available from Ducoro. Stopping renewal does not return payments already made, and your membership benefits continue until the end of the current paid period.

3. Wallet top-ups

Top-ups supplied immediately at your request

When you top up, you ask us to add the credit to your wallet immediately and confirm that you lose your 14-day right to cancel that payment. A top-up made on that basis is non-refundable.

Top-ups made without that confirmation

Where a top-up was made without that request and confirmation, you may cancel within 14 days of the payment. The maximum return is the unused cash-funded balance attributable to that payment.

How usage affects the balance

Ducoro consumes cash-funded wallet lots before promotional grant lots. Using the Built-in Agent therefore reduces the returnable amount even when your displayed total wallet balance still includes promotional credit. Built-in Agent usage is charged from the wallet as each request completes, and a completed charge stands even where the resulting output was not useful to you or was later discarded.

4. Promotional and granted credits

Signup credit, promotional bonuses, membership allowances, trial credit, and other granted amounts have no cash value and are non-refundable. We may remove or expire granted credit in line with the terms shown when it was issued.

5. Business purchases

The cancellation rights described in sections 2 and 3 apply to consumer purchases. Where you buy for business purposes, including any purchase made in a company name or with a VAT registration, membership payments and wallet top-ups are non-refundable and the 14-day cancellation periods above do not apply.

6. Payment corrections

Contact us if a payment was duplicated, you believe a payment was unauthorized, or a paid Ducoro service was materially unavailable. We review these separately from the rules above and correct the payment where the facts or applicable law require it. We may ask for information needed to locate the transaction, secure the account, and determine the appropriate correction. A third-party runtime, model provider, connector, or service purchased directly from that provider is governed by that provider’s own policy.

7. How to contact us about a payment

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Ducoro account and use the subject “Payment Question.” Include the product or payment, purchase date, receipt or payment reference, and a short explanation. We may request identity or account verification before acting.

We will review the request and send the decision or any request for additional information by email. An approved return or correction is submitted to the original payment method. The payment provider and your bank control when the funds appear, and taxes or currency conversion may be adjusted according to their rules and applicable law.

8. Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. We may suspend paid features while a chargeback or fraud review is open and may offset amounts already returned, disputed, consumed, or owed. This does not affect rights that applicable law gives you.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy for future purchases. The version in effect when you made a purchase governs that purchase unless a later version gives you more favorable rights or a change is required by law.
